Rumours continue to get louder that Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain could join Chelsea before the start of the 2018-19 season.
On his well read blog Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla has announced that Nicolas Higuain, Gonzalo’s brother, has spoken to Chelsea.Pedulla claims that Higuain feels insecure at Juventus, and he’s open to a move to the Premier League.
It’s worth noting what’s absent in Pedulla’s article as well. There is no discussion, for example, of how much money Chelsea would need to spend to make the Higuain deal happen.
Higuain, 30, is under contract with Juventus until 2021. Higuain scored 23 goals in 50 matches for Juve in all competitions last season.
