Roberto Firmino has revealed he joked with Roma goalkeeper Alisson about joining Liverpool.
Firmino’s Brazilian team-mate is attracting interest from a host of Europe’s top club’s after an impressive 2017/18 campaign.And Reds forward Firmino revealed he has tried to convince his compatriot to move to Anfield.
“Sometimes I joke with him and say ‘come here, come to Liverpool, help us out’,” he said. “But his agents are deciding his future.
“Alisson has had a great season and, of course, there are clubs looking at him. But it wouldn’t be a bad thing if he joined Liverpool.”
