Reading have agreed a deal to sign Hull City and Republic of Ireland midfielder David Meyler.
Meyler has agreed to sign for the Royals on an initial two-year contract, with the option of a third year, and the move will be completed when his current deal at Hull ends at the end of June.
The 29-year-old follows Barnsley skipper Andy Yiadom through the doors at the Madejski Stadium and could be soon joined by former Irish team-mate John O’shea.
