Luis Suarez sends special message to Salah after shoulder injury

The Egyptian star Mohamed Salah left the field in tears on Saturday evening after being wrestled to the ground by Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos.

Barcelona forward Luis Suarez has now sent Salah a message as he steps up his injury recovery.

“Regarding Salah, the reality is that no-one is happy when a colleague suffers an injury, even more so when that happens in a match as it did, just before a World Cup,” he told a news conference on Monday.

“He is in a difficult situation, but I’ve consistently said I always want to play against the best to demonstrate that Uruguay are better,” Suarez added.
