The police on Friday killed a 17 year old boy named Arnold Okong’o aka Randy in Jericho.
The incident shocked the entire area as he was a regular guy and police shot him to death for a bizarre reason.
Randy, was mistaken for one of the most wanted criminals, Leone Shimoli Junior.
It is said that once the police made out that that they had shot the wrong person, they quickly took the body away before witnesses could ask questions
