Facebook CEO Mark Mark Zuckerberg recently said that they are launching a dating service soon.
If reports are to be believed, Facebook won’t be targeting ads on the upcoming service and the dating service will entirely be focused on ‘real relationships’.
“There are 200 million people on Facebook that list themselves as single, so clearly there’s something to do here,” Zuckerberg told software developers at Facebook’s annual F8 conference.
It is believed that Zuckerberg is coming up with dating service to increase the average time a user spends on Facebook.
Facebook’s entry into the growing online dating market will give tough competition to Tinder, OKCupid and various other dating apps.
