6 Kenyans were covered alive in Migori County when a gold mine passage fallen. The casualties were covered alive in Macalder Mines in Nyatike sub-province, found 40 kilometers from Migori Town.
The casualties are said to have been in the profound passage when the dirt bended in, as per Nation.
Nyatike Sub County director Mr Apollo Ogutu affirmed the terrible occurrence, including that they were searching for earth movers to recover the groups of the six.
“Beyond any doubt no less than six individuals are caught in the mines. We are searching for excavators to evacuate piles of soil,” said Mr Ogutu.
