Good morning Kenyans.
It is Friday the 13, a day that is attributed to weird happenings and strange results for those who believe in the superstitious legend about the day.
For President Uhuru Kenyatta, it seems that day came early this month after the court overturned his directives.
On another note, the new move by the Judiciary institution would come as a sigh of relief to Deputy President William Ruto.
According to the ruling given, the police are not to effect the orders given by Uhuru and the National Security Advisory Council (NSAC) on political gatherings.
The body had directed politicians who had plans to hold meetings to be cleared by the area Officer Commanding Station.
This brings up the big question, did the court make a wise move on the matter?
