Lawyer Nelson Havi has faulted the Kenyan government for failing to take action for the alleged 36 bloggers hired to ridicule the Judiciary last week.
He has accused the government for acting quickly on 8 Ambira High School boys who were arrested and detained on Executive orders, for abusing interior CS Fred Matiang’i and his Education Counterpart Amina Mohamed, but failing to act on those who have embarrassed the Judiciary .
Through his official twitter account, Havi argues that the act is “incorrigible!”
“Ambira boys were arrested and detained on Executive orders, for abusing two CSs. On the other hand, 36 bloggers are given a thumbs up by the Executive, to besmirch, ridicule and vilify the Judiciary, with photoshopped nude images of Judges massaging Advocates. It is incorrigible!” Read his post.

This follows the recent twitter trend dubbed the Judiciary Criminal Massage and Therapy, that was made by Kenyans.
Under the trend, photos of several advocates being massaged by judges were photoshopped and made to trend.
Here are some of the posts on the trend.
