Details have revealed what transpired Tanzanian Billionaire Mo Dewji’s abduction.
According to the billionaire, his abductors wanted money from him.
A statement from the police also indicated that the abductors had demanded for a rand some before releasing the businessman.

The family spokesman Azim Dewji said that Mo Dewji called his father after being released at 8.30 Pm on Thursday night. It is unclear whether his family parted with money to secure the release of the renown billionaire.

Suspects such as the Simba SC media officer Haji Manara had been arrested in relation to the abduction.
Inspector General of Police Simon Sirro earlier on Friday morning said the police had identified a foreign registered vehicle that was used in the abduction.

The younger Dewji later tweeted using the MeTL’s twitter handle at 3.15am to thank those who had rallied behind him during the 10 days of his ordeal under the ‘unknown’ abductors.
Mo Dewji disappeared after gunmen people abducted him in Oyster Bay suburb as he went for his usual morning workout at Colosseum Hotel gym on October 11.
