Kenyans on twitter have trolled Deputy President William Samoei Ruto for saying that he supports the 2108 Finance Act.
Ruto says Kenyans must pay more taxes for development projects ,defending the Finance Act 2018 and government borrowing as it was indicated in a tweet from Nation Breaking.
Ruto was speaking in Nandi County during the Nandi Big Four Agenda conference where he launched theater operation services at Kapsabet Level V Hospital.
