Kenyans are ready and prepared to watch the ‘Rafiki Film’ shortly after the ban was lifted and 7 days given for the movie to be aired. Categorized as adult content; booking sites are already flooded as Kenyans are eagerly waiting to watch it.
Shortly after Kenyans showed their excitement and interest towards the film, Kenya Film Classification Board CEO; Ezekiel Mutua went ahead to give a warning to public theaters that will exhibit the film without the Board’s approval.

Hours after the warning was given, some cinemas have already shared posters and details to fans who would like to watch the movie.
