Azimio Plots Powerful Office for Raila; Blow for Cherera 4 as Insider ‘Leaks’ JLAC Verdict & You Have 14 Days to Repay Hustler Loan

Good morning,

Azimio la Umoja party leader Raila Odinga has recently mooted a series of rallies set to be launched on December 7 which could culminate in a mega parallel Jamhuri Day rally on December 12.

During Azimio’s Parliamentary group meeting on Tuesday, which was chaired by Raila and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, the coalition reportedly decided to launch anti-government pushbacks as a vote of no confidence against President William Ruto’s administration.

However, the former Prime Minister has faced much resistance even within the coalition with a section of Azimio leaders expressing discontent with the plan, citing concerns about its ramifications.

Moreover, Wiper Party Chair Chirau Ali Mwakwere has now condemned Raila’s plans to hold a parallel Jamhuri event while terming the idea selfish and warned perpetrators against sabotaging the peace in the country.

Recently, Raila has abandoned other plans to fight Ruto’s administration including naming a shadow cabinet as well as cancelling pro-Cherera 4 rallies at the last minute.

Do you think Raila’s plan to hold rallies against Ruto’s government and eventually hold parallel Jamhuri day event could destabilize the country’s peace? Should Raila go ahead and make good his threats?
