Kalonzo Makes U-turn on Attending Running Mate Interview, 6 Places Uhuru Will Campaign For Raila From Next Week & 3 Top Names to Be Forwarded to Raila for Running Mate Leaked

Good Morning Kenyans.

We are a week into the new month and the roller-coaster  ride in the political arena keeps getting better.

The latest drama unfolding in the Azimio coalition camp feels like a well scripted play, meant to leave the audience at the edge of their seat not knowing what will happen next.

After months of push and pull Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua finally bolted out of the Raila Odinga led organisation.

Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua during a past presser

Mutua noted that lack of transparency and being sidelined were some of the key issues that made him reconsider his loyalty.

The second term governor pledged his allegiance to Deputy President William Ruto, a man he had been a fierce critic of.

Reports indicated that Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi is set to follow Mutua’s footsteps.

Further claims allege Kingi is set to also join the Kenya Kwanza Coalition.

This brings up the big question, will the exit by Mutua and Kingi greatly affect Raila’s influence in Ukambani and the Coast region?
