If you are in Nairobi or its surroundings, then the fourth day of the week has greeted you with a cold chilly morning following a heavy downpour that started early in the evening yesterday and continued throughout the night.
A cold chilly morning, however, is the least of worries for National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi.
Details have emerged that the speaker was secretly dining with Deputy President William Ruto; a man who is on the chopping board after declaring his candidature for 2022 and falling out with the President automatically setting him to be kicked out of the ruling party Jubilee.
In other news, six students are set to endure at least 5 days of cold chilly mornings according to the meteorological department, as they are set to spend 14 days behind bars as they pave way for investigations after being accused of arson.
The six Maranda High School students were arrested on Monday in connection to a dormitory fire.
A trend that has since risen across the country with lawmakers and governors hoping the justice system would take drastic action against the students if found guilty to serve as an example to others.
