DP Ruto Moves to Repossess Weston Hotel Land; MP Didmus Barasa Wants Murathe Disciplined by Jubilee & How Phone Call Cancelled Secret Revenue Formula Talks

Good morning,

Amongst the global superstitious community, there is a belief that there is at least one person in the world who looks like a mirror image of yourself.

Those who are born identical twins are lucky they do not have to live wondering when they will bump into ”themselves,” but the rest of those who subscribe to this theory have to live, knowing at the back of their minds, that they have a doppelganger (s), somewhere out there.

If you are not a believer, just go to Hollywood and ask around about stunt-doubles.

These are actors who look almost the same as the main actors starring in blockbusters, and who stand in for the main actors when they are unavailable, or during dangerous stunts in action films.

You didn’t think stars actually endanger their lives just to entertain you, did you?

Or, you could just come to Kenya, where in the true spirit of patriotism, we found our President’s very own ”photocopy.”

Apart from coming from backgrounds that are billions of shillings apart, Michael Njogo and President Uhuru Kenyatta couldn’t be any more alike: Their looks, their laugh, their eyes, their sense of humor, body language, and gestures, are almost similar.

The two even have the same number of children-two sons and a daughter each.

Here is an additional fun-fact: Njogo, over the weekend, revealed that his mother, a long time ago, used to work in Gatundu. What you choose to do with that information is entirely up to you!

Here are the stories making headlines on Opera News today:
