Kenyan music producer Magix Enga is a bitter man after an artist signed under his label Magix Empire Studios did him dirty.

The dundaing hitmaker sent threats to upcoming artist Rudra Kartel calling him out after he breached their contract.

In a long Instagram post, Magix was boastful of how he has moulded Rudra into the person he is to date. He mentioned how he offered to pay his rent, gave him clothing and free studio session but he was unappreciative.

According to Magix, Rudra went to Youtube tarnishing the producer’s name claiming he was using him.

For those not in the know, Rudra is an upcoming dancehall musician who a few weeks back caught the attention of the renowned Jamaican musician Adidja Azim Palmer better known as Vybz Kartel.

Having the best of interest, some Kenyan artists introduced Rudra to Magix Enga and he was signed under his studios.

The beef between the two may have started after Magix learnt that Rudra and VDJ Jones had a song together prompting him to clear the air.

Ameruka contract for a free collabo. but what can I say,” said Magix.

Magix signed off his long post telling Rudra that their contract remained the same and with no free collabos, he also urged upcoming artists to be humble be patient with the process.

Kenyan celebrities in equal measure were left in utter shock upon learning the beef between the two.

Here are some of their reactions:

xtiandela This is painful. Bro, 13 years in the industry hata mimi I’ve tried helping many people who turned against me when they got kidogo fame and money. As @djshiti_comedian just said, people need to trust the process. Things don’t come that easy. Some of us really want to help bring people up, and true, there are those who need the help and have the patience to trust the process, but people like this guy are the ones who make us fear helping out. Fear investing in upcoming talents. It’s a sad thing.

But hawa wasanii manze wanafaa waelewe na walearn kutrust process. Mtu akulipie rent, chakula, mavazi, etc hapa Nairobi then useme anakutumia is very unfair. the way nilipeleka huyu boi kwa magix kwakweli nitofauti navile yuko saizi.

People need to respect contracts if they can’t respect people coz we MUST respect contracts iwe ya record lable ama ikuwe ni ya concerts
