The rapper also expressed his concern towards hunger-stricken families amid the pandemic urging Kenyans to take responsibility in ensuring they offer support where they can.

“We are a country that prides itself on Agriculture, yet there are millions of families who go hungry every day even before COVID-19 . It is our responsibility, not only as a nation but also as individuals, to get involved” he wrote in his post

In the photos, Octopizzo is seen handing out packages to the families yet he was not in a mask and some of the people receiving the goodies were not in masks either. Fans were also quick to observe that the artist failed to observe social distancing in one of the photos.

Although many of his fans appreciated and praised him for his generosity, others were quick to call him out saying that he is not immune to the virus.

Other celebrities who were called out for failing to observe the COVID-19 preventive regulations are Tanasha Donna and Vera Sidika who allegedly attended parties past curfew hours.
