How Manchester United Could Line Against Derby County

Manchester United will travel to face Derby County in the fifth round f the FA Cup.  The winner of the match will face Norwich City in the quarter-finals.

Below, we look at how the Red Devils could line up.

Defense

Sergio Romero will start in goal allowing the error-prone De Gea to rest ahead of Sundays Manchester derby. Aaron Wan Bissaka will again start at right-back. He has been rock solid since he made his move from Crystal Palace last summer.

Meanwhile, Bradon Williams will get his chance to impress once more in the left-back position. At center back, Victor Lindelof should partner Harry Maguire.

Midfield

Scott Mctominay is finally fit and ready to play. The midfielder had been sidelined for almost two months but should start against Derby County. His inclusion will allow the overplayed Fred some rest. Scott could be paired with Nemanja Matic who is in fine form after getting a run of games in Manchester United midfield.

Ahead of the two, the impressive Bruno Fernandez will continue with his impressive start to his Manchester United career in the attacking midfield role.

Attack

With Marcus Rashford out, Anthony Martial will again lead the attack in the striking role. The Frenchman is the only fit center forward available at the club.

Meanwhile, Mason Greenwood will cover the right-wing spot where he can cut in with his favored left foot. On the left, out of form winger Daniel James gets the nod. He will be looking to end his woeful run in front of goal.

Starting XI: Romero, Bissaka, Williams, Lindelof, Maguire, Matic, Mctominay, Bruno, James, Greenwood, Martial.
