Musician Esther Akoth, famously known as Akothee has proved that the sky is never the limit after releasing a Kamba song despite being a Luo.
The controversial president of single mothers was so fluent that she left her fans wondering whether she was a real Luo.
The song’s name, Mwiituasa, means my sister. It is all about encouraging ladies to make ends meet despite the challenges they might be going through.
“Every woman should know that no amount of pity party would ever put a smile or food on the table, once you have left your parents home in the name of relationship, your life & the life of your family members your children remain your responsibility. It doesn’t matter the kind of work you will do to make ends meet, all life cares about is, bills must be paid, be strong,” she said.
Like it is the norm with Kamba songs, she also made sure that as she was winding up she passed greeting to her Kamba friends; Daniel Ndambuki, Ezekiel Mutua, Alfred Mutua, Charity Ngilu, to mention a few.
Her fans were so quick to congratulate her even though a large number could not understand the language.
