Chelsea might have realized their great potential after beating heroes, Liverpool on Thursday’s FA Cup fifth round at Stamford Bridge.
Willian’s powerful strike and Ross Barkley’s solo goal gave the Blues a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening.
It was like a dream for Lampard’s men after bringing down giants who had played 44 league matches without losing any, before Watford broke the deadlock on Sunday with a 3-0 win.
That came after a 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League at Stamford Bridge before a 2-2 draw with a reeling Bournemouth on Saturday at Dean Court.
