Autopsy Results From the Body of Ruto’s Guard Released

An autopsy was conducted on the body of slain Seargent Kipyegon Kenei on Wednesday afternoon.

From the procedure, it was established that the security officer who was working at the Office of the Deputy President died from a single contact gunshot wound.

The autopsy conducted by Pathologist Johansen Oduor also revealed that the Seargent died two days before his body was discovered in his residence at Imara Daima, Nairobi.

Before the autopsy was conducted, the father of the fallen soldier vowed that his son will not be buried until he knows what happened to him.

According to Mr Chesang, his son’s death was plotted and there is no way he could have committed suicide.

He said that he might have been tortured, threatened with death and killed, and his body later taken to his house to conceal evidence.

The family had earlier own been barred from viewing his body at the Chiromo Mortuary in Nairobi.

The death of the security officer has been remained to be mistery since his lifeless body was found in his house on February 20, 2020.

One of the unanswered questions has been Deputy President William Ruto and Former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa were involved in his death.

As on Wednesday, officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations had summoned 6 security guards manning the gate of his residence.
