Uhuru’s Secret Plan to Send Raila, Orengo to ICC – Miguna Alleges

Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta has a secret plan to send ODM leader Raila Odinga and his allies to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

According to the firebrand barrister and former aide to Raila, Uhuru’s game plan over the BBI report is among other things, to mutilate the Constitution, remove term limits and accountability and become a one-man tyrant for life.

Despot Uhuru Kenyatta’s end-game through #BBIFraud: – Mutilate the Constitution, remove term limits and accountability and become a one-man tyrant for life. – Detain, torture and/or exile all freedom fighters. – Make Kenyans powerless, hungry slaves,” Miguna alleged.

Miguna went on to assert that the violence, intolerance, ethnic profiling and hatred being propagated in the BBI rallies, would form a good basis for Uhuru to send Raila and his allies including Siaya Senator James Orengo and COTU boss Francis Atwoli to the Hague-based court.

The self-proclaimed general of the National Resistance Movement also predicted that it would be a matter of time before the former Prime Minister and his supporters are teargassed, maimed and killed, just like in the 2017 general elections.

“Conman Raila Odinga will soon be teargassed and his supporters and other Kenyans tortured, maimed and killed again. It’s just a matter of months..” Miguna claimed.

His sentiments come a day after the Narok edition of the BBI meetings was marred with drama, ethnic profiling remarks and some leaders walking out in protest.

Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina

The pronouncements by leaders at the Saturday forum had been sparked by remarks made by Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina, who had alleged that the Maa community had its land encroached into or in other instances, taken from them.

“In the morning, those who are non-Maasai held a meeting in Rongai. We held our meeting at the Maasai Lodge. We were there to articulate on our issues,” Ole Kina said.

“Maasai land should be reserved for the Maasai land and food security. Maasai issues will be better articulated by Maasais and am not going to apologise for that.”
