Diamond Platnumz and Mike Rua recently shared the stage during the recently concluded Koroga Festival.
Speaking to journalists, Diamond revealed that he is open to a collaboration with raunchy Rua and any other Kenyan artiste for that matter.
He also disclosed that the reason a collaboration between him and a Kenyan artiste has happened only once is due to a clash in schedules. However, he hopes that one day the stars will align and he will get a collabo.
“If I meet him we can do song It has been a while (since I had a Kenyan collabo), I’ve always wanted to do something with a Kenyan artiste. Sometimes the timing has been crazy because they may be busy performing and I am busy performing as well so we’ve been trying to get the right timing but I said the timing has been hard,” he said.
Talking of a busy schedule, Diamond revealed how has time to produce hits with back to back performances.
“I respect my career as a musician. Music is not just fun for me it’s a career that I respect a lot. I try to be innovative, do my research and learn what people want to listen to at any given time. I also try and learn which outfits are fashionable to wear and where the global music scene is headed,” he revealed.
