It is not on a daily basis that we get to see the romantic side of some people and Valentine’s day serves us a great opportunity to get a glimpse of what it is like. The interesting thing about this is that for a day, we get to see prominent people, as well as those with tough jobs, express their love in different ways.
To mark Valentine’s day this 2020, Kenyan policemen have touched the hearts of many after their good gesture of spending Valentine’s day with the sick. Led by the County Commander Saidi Kiprotich the men in uniform from Taita Taveta, marched to Moi Referral Hospital to spend Valentine’s Day with those in hospital.
In a related incident, some media stations sent out their reporters and staff to issue gift hampers and roses to pedestrians on the streets and they showed the same magnitude of love to policemen and KDF officers.
