Nominated ODM Member of Parliament, Jacqueline Adhiambo Oduol has lost her daughter.
Amanda, her daughter, succumbed to death after a long battle with cancer.
The ODM party eulogized Amanda as a brave warrior having bravely battled the disease.

Jacqueline is an active member of parliament having been known for her remarkable effort in gender mainstreaming, leadership, governance and child protection.
She is also one of the founder members of the ODM party, having contested for an electoral position in the 2007 elections.
The legislator also serves as chair of the Orange Women League Technical Committee that is under the ODM party.
In a parliamentary report released in June 2019, Jacqueline was listed as one of the most active nominated legislators.
Amanda’s death comes barely weeks after the death of the daughter of veteran politician, William Ole Ntimama.
Vivian Ntimama collapsed after falling down in the bathroom.
