Valentine’s Day is a month away and people are already gearing up for the day of love.

A package that has left netizens shell-shocked after catching a glimpse of what one of Nairobi’s posh Hotels had to offer.
The rich will pay 20,000 dollars/about 2 million Kenya shillings for what the hotel is calling a ‘Soaring Romance’ weekend in their ‘Head Over Heels’ package.
In this package, the couple will spend the night at the hotel’s presidential suite. Lovers will enjoy a bath in almond milk and roses in addition to a violin serenade at a private dinner. Also, they will get to enjoy a Moet Chandon champagne breakfast, an edible bouquet, limo transfers and a return private chopper ride to Diani.
At Diani, they will indulge in a couple’s massage on the beach, a candlelit dinner at the beach before sleeping in an executive suite by the ocean.
While this bouquet is extravagant, it certainly isn’t new in Kenya because we have seen Villarosa Kempinski pull this off.
On Valentine’s Day 2015, Kempinski caused a furore on social media with their KSh. 2.34M package.
