Miguna Miguna Turns Heat on Air France After Being Kicked Out of Plane

An embattled advocate of the High Court Miguna Miguna on Wednesday turned the heat on Air France after it kicked him out of its plane on the ground that a red alert had been imposed on him.

The red alert barred Miguna from not only boarding a plane to Kenya but also to the whole of Arica.

In a series of tweets, Miguna traded blows with the airline for refusing to fly him and slammed them for being rude, and unprofessional.

“I had comfortably sat in seat number 22A and the plane was about to take off when Mr Stephane Seguin, Duty Manager, and another Air France staff removed me from the plane on behalf of the Kenyan tyrants. You have not refunded my fare. Your staff were rude. Shame on you Air France.

“Orders from dictators and tyrants are ignored by airlines daily. You didn’t have to be so rude about it.

“You could have refunded my fare, offered me complimentary accommodation and rebooked my flight to point of origin because you cancelled my flight on illegal orders,” tweeted Miguna.

The Lawyer also accused the airline of being complicit to dictators by heeding to the red alert.

“You have flown mass murderers of African children and revolutionary leaders like Patrice Lumumba. By complying with red alerts by African autocrats, refusing to carry freedom fighters and placing red alerts above court orders, @airfrance is complicit to dictatorship in Africa.

“Air France and other airlines transported Jewish and Rwandese holocaust perpetrators to their many places of hiding in Argentina and other parts of the world.

“You fly in and out many Kenyan looters and mass murderers with Interpol Red Alerts. Stop looking for excuses.,” added the Lawyer in a tweet.

In response to his attacks, Air France insisted that the backstopped with Miguna in ensuring that he was cleared to enter Kenya.

“Dear Mister Miguna, we fully understand your disappointment but confirm, that to comply with international regulations governing air transport we were obliged to deny boarding as soon as we received the request of Kenyan authorities, as Lufthansa had to do it this morning,” the airline to Miguna.

Miguna had scheduled his arrival in Kenya on Tuesday at 9.25 pm before his journey was halted.
