Let’s admit it, being named ‘The Best I Ever Had’ when it comes to lovemaking gives a huge boost to the ego.

Many people believe that to achieve this title, you must have good chemistry with your lover, be amazing at foreplay, have a strong ‘stroke game’ and lasts for a few rounds.

However, there is a very easy step that men overlook that will increase her pleasure which will, in turn, mean more sex. That step is cuddling.

For many people in a casual relationship, cuddling after a romp is a no-no. This because they fear that they may get too attached to their lover and this intimacy should be reserved for people who are in relationships.

However, sexperts believe that not cuddling is one of the biggest mistakes you can make during a sex session.

A survey from the Sex Information and Education Council of Canada and Trojan Condoms revealed that women are more likely to come back to a partner who is a cuddler.

Robin Milhausen, a professor of Human Sexuality at the University of Guelph revealed to Men’s Health Magazine that post-sex intimacy is as important to women’s pleasure as foreplay.

“Post-sex intimacy is just as important to women’s pleasure as foreplay…That may be because women’s (and men’s) bodies are flooded with oxytocin—the bonding hormone—after sex, making them crave more affection. Plus, women often feel vulnerable after sex. Spending a few extra minutes caressing her in bed reassures her that you care about her”, Milhausen said.

Cuddling should not be reserved for women, ladies should snuggle up to their lover because it boosts sexual satisfaction for men, too.

“It’s one of the easiest things you can do to improve your relationship. It’s really important, but often missed opportunity for connection,” Milhausen added.
