Kisumu All-Stars- Gor Mahia
A Kisumu derby at the Moi Stadium as the two best-supported teams in the county clash. Gor Mahia is the better-positioned team on the table. As a matter of fact, the defending Champions could go top of the pile with a win.
Meanwhile, Kisumu All-Stars are finding their first season in the top flight a tricky affair. The team is currently in the relegation playoff position with just one win in the last four.
Despite the old cliche of form going out of the window during derby matches, this one feels like a sure three points for Gor Mahia.
AFC Leopards-Mathare United
Two teams that could really do with a win. Mathare United is dropping on the table with just one win in their last four that leaves them 8th with nineteen points.
Leopards, on the other hand, are just two places and points above having drawn the last three they have played. Both teams have missed influential players in Wyvone Isuza and Kevin Kimani but with Harambee Stars finally out of CECAFA tournament, maybe we could see one claim all three points.
Ulinzi Stars-Zoo Kericho
Ulinzi Stars are in a rich vein of form and are unbeaten in the last four, winning one and drawing three while Zoo Kericho has just one win in four.
Interestingly, the teams are two of the highest-scoring in the league with Zoo having scored in each of the last four matches while Ulinzi has failed to find the net just once in the same duration. It could be a very entertaining affair for the neutral fan at the Afraha.
