African Union High Representative for Infrastructure Raila Odinga has literally run out of clothes after the ODM supremo was spotted in Togo donning the same clothes he had in Kigali on Saturday, December 7.
Speculation is now rife in the online circles whether Odinga really planned well before leaving Kenya for the Kusi Ideas Festival.

The forum organized by Nation Media Group saw Odinga join DRC President Felix Tshisekedi, Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame and a host of other leaders to discuss the future of Africa.
Since his appointment to the lucrative position, Odinga has been in and out of the country with his international trips rivalling only those of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Just after delivering a powerful forecast of Africa’s future in the next 60 years in Kigali, Rwanda, Odinga would not wait to see the beauty of Rwanda.
In his private jet, the AU representative made a long 3,425 kilometre trip from Kigali to Lome, Togo where he is to preside over an aviation forum.
In a communique in October of 2018, AU Chairperson Moussa Faki appointed Raila Odinga to aid in the integration of the continent by expediting infrastructural growth.
This followed a March, 9 handshake between President Kenyatta and Raila Odinga after a hotly contested election that threatened to divide the country apart on political lines.
