The Champions drooped yet more points over the weekend following a 2-2 draw with Newcastle United. Pep Guardiola’s team is not doing wee especially defensively, against Newcastle they lost the lead twice.

The injury to first-choice center-back Aymeric Laporte means that Fernandinho is playing a defender rather than a midfielder. Without him at the center of the pack, Manchester City lacks a shield to the defense and its showing in results.

They have not kept a clean sheet for the past six matches.

Meanwhile, Burnley lost in their last match at home to Crystal Palace and have won just two of their last five.

At home, Burley has an impressive record and has scored in three of their last five. Against a Manchester City side weak in defense, Burnley could find themselves with opportunities to find the net.

TIP: Both teams to score @1.82

TIP: Draw @3.40
