The north London club has not won in the Premier League for almost two months, but they still find themselves one point above Solskjaer’s side on the table.

And the Old Trafford faithfuls are desperate to see United now follow suit, taking to Twitter to slam their board for keeping the struggling Norwegian in a job for so long.

They exploded when he club posted an update ahead of their Aston Villa league match.”

Benny Hernandez: “Ole needs to step up or we will end up playing championship next season!”

Ben Mooney: “Both Arsenal and Spurs have been smart enough to remove their failing managers. When will we?”

Thunesjr: “It’s so weird seeing teams that have done much or even better than us, sack their manager. Arsenal are ahead and has sacked their manager, spurs are 1 point off and have sacked their manager. Why are we still sticking with bilbo baggins?”

Aijuka: “We have no ambition under Solskjaer he has ridiculously lowered our standards that even if we lose. It’s normal because they are kids.”

Daniel Abate: “Arsenal are above us and they’ve sacked their manager. Ole needs to go now! He is still a legend of the club but he is not good enough for the premier league. He has tried his best but he needs to leave ASAP.”
