Kenyan artiste and performer ,Steph Kapela is on the limelight once again.This is after he released a new club banger dubbed ‘Push Up’.
The hotly tipped musician has been featured in a collabo with the renowned UK based Musician,Silvastone. Born to Ghana and Sierra Leone parentage the London born-and-raised Silvastone has strong love affair with Kenya.
His love of the country and the musical talent extends to numerous collaborations including Dela, Habida, Madtraxx .His new song with Kapela counts as the sixth video he has shot in Kenya.
“Push Up” was recorded on the first day they met each other during a recent trip to Nairobi.
Steph and Silvastone have seasoned and peppered the hot beat with infectious vocal melodies that will soon have you singing along in English and some Swahili to this instant smash that got immediate support on Kenya and UK radio and streaming platforms worldwide when it was first unleashed.
The UK based artiste illustrated his signature versatility once again by producing a sweet sonic soundscape that blends R&B, hip-hop and dance-hall vibes.
The accompanying visual was filmed primarily in Nairobi, Kenya and documents the making of the song. The video also completes an ambitious idea by Silvastone of creating a visual for every song on his 7 track. He’ll be announcing a new project for 2020 very soon.
