Maybe If he Had Not Played For Man United, … Liverpool Boss Rules Out Striker’s Signing

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp says he would have considered signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic if he were not an ex-Manchester United player.

The Swede announced his departure from the American side, LA Galaxy on Thursday with Man United, Liverpool, AC Milan all said to be interested in signing the widely traveled attacker.
Zlatan has played for top clubs like Juventus, Inter Milan, Ajax, AC Milan, Barcelona, Manchester United, and PSG and is regarded as one of the best strikers in Europe for the last two decades.
Klopp however, has ended all rumors of him signing the striker stating that it will be difficult as he forward has previously played for their arch-rivals Manchester United.
“If he had not played for Manchester United before, then we might have considered him. No, but I’m not even sure he wanted to play here. We’re a pretty intense team,” Klopp said.
The German tactician we on to urge the attacker to play on saying football will miss him once he quits the game.
“With that said, I couldn’t have had more respect for Zlatan. I love his whole career, love his efforts, love his confidence.
“While it may not always be right, it is entertaining anyway. He’s a fantastic character and I really hope he doesn’t stop playing football. The world will miss him too much,” he added.
