Reports claim that the midfielder does not see his future at Arsenal and is already in search of a new club. The player would like to move to Italy and especially the Milan club. He could move to AC Milan where he will link up with former Arsenal CEO Ivan Gazidis, the man who brought him to Arsenal from Germany.

Newcastle United is also said to be interested in taking Xhaka on loan but it is still not clear whether he would be open to a Premier League move. German giants Borussia Dortmund are also said to be interested in the midfielder.

Arsenal is in a state of confusion at the moment with the future of their manager Unai Emery also in doubt. The Spaniard is under huge pressure after leading the Gunners to their worst league start in over 30 years!

Arsenal are nine points off the top four and have not won in their last five fixtures in all competitions. The board passed a vote of confidence on the manager and assured him that he will be around till the end of the season.

However, should results continue to be dismal, action will be taken.
