Good morning.

We have come to the end of a week that has comprised of drama in the form of a public outburst, stone throwing antics, broken hearts and finally, celebrations.

Imran Okoth is now the Kibra MP-elect after a landslide victory against his closest rival, Jubilee candidate Macdonald Mariga.

Mariga, despite the heavy defeat, showed great sportsmanship in congratulating his temporary foe.

Away from the celebrations, the moment that stole the day was the shenanigans of one Dr. Boni Khalwale.

Khalwale was caught literally between a stone and a hard place behind enemy lines.

The ‘Bull Fighter’, during an incident in Kibra’s Laini Saba, was pelleted with stones on two occasions.

He, however, found out that this was a fight he was not equipped for and more so, lacked the stone throwing skills perfected by his opponents.

The former Kakamega Senator’s behavior left many wondering, what extent will he fall to next?

Now that the Kibra curtain has fallen, these are the stories making headlines on Opera News.
