Having Morning Sickness?

Many pregnant women go through this hard phase where morning sickness drastically destroys their day even when in the most formal places. could be a date or even a meeting and you suddenly feel like throwing up.

There’s a solution for you. Place your left arm straight ad using your right hand, place three fingers on your wrist as though you are feeling a heartbeat, apply pressure on that part and massage your wrist in a circular motion. This helps in relieving nausea.

Tight Jeans?

If your favourite jeans are no longer fitting, take some scissors and cut on the edges of the jeans in a V shape facing upwards. Then take an elastic cloth, one that stretches and sew it on the trouser. Do that on the parts where you cut the cloth and try fitting the trouser later. Wink!

Get Rid of Stretch Marks

Want a home remedy to get rid of those stretch marks? Cut an aloe vera into half. Using a spoon, pick the jelly/juicy part of the aloe vera and mix it with some coconut oil. Mix the two together and place it in a container for everyday use. Apply the mixture every day on the part with the stretch marks.

Open the blouse and cut the back part into a V shape all the way down to the waist. Cut a similar shape of cloth made sheer material and place it at the cut part then sew. This helps the blouse to enlarge and fit more.

If you wish to try apple cider vinegar for mild reflux, you can mix between a teaspoon and a tablespoon of the vinegar into a glass of water.
