Fantasy Premier League: Week 11 Game Changers

After the Carabao Cup in midweek, League matters resumes this weekend in the English Premier League and so will the decisions for Fantasy  Premier League managers. This article highlights three players who could make the difference on game week 11.

David Silva

The Spaniard has been Manchester City’s best-value player in the first few months of 2019/20 FPL.

Having started the season at a cost of £7.5m, Silva has scored three goals and supplied a further five assists.

He has totaled 60 points, returning 7.8 points per million.Having been rested for City’s midweek Carabao Cup win over Saints, Silva will be fully refreshed for another visit from Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men on Saturday.

Joshua King

The AFC Bournemouth forward’s potential in Fantasy has been somewhat restricted in recent matches.King has mainly been stationed on the Cherries’ left flank, with Dominic Solanke (£5.4m) partnering Callum Wilson (£8.0m) upfront.

However, the Norwegian’s return to a center-forward role at Watford last weekend raises his appeal again. King will look to take advantage of Manchester United’s vulnerability on the road on Saturday.

Notably, King has impressed on his last two home starts, serving up double-digit hauls on both occasions. Having returned to the Cherries’ front line, King offers FPL managers a tempting cut-price option over the short term.

Marcus Rashford

A stunning free-kick in Manchester United’s midweek win over Chelsea in the EFL Cup underlined the forward’s improving form.

Rashford, who also scored a penalty in the 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge, has netted in the Red Devils’ last two Premier League matches. His strike in the Gameweek 9 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool ended the leaders’ 100 percent start to the season.

And the 22-year-old netted once and supplied an assist in last Sunday’s 3-1 win at Norwich City. He will look to continue that form at AFC Bournemouth’s expense in Saturday’s early kick-off.

Rashford has the potential and form to exploit those frailties and prove decisive for the Red Devils once again.
