Kenya Film Classification Board Boss Ezekiel Mutua has called upon the DCI to arrest the Ethic music group.

This comes after the release of their song dubbed ‘Tarimbo’  which currently has over 100k views on Youtube.

In a statement issued on Facebook, the moral police revealed that the song goes beyond the freedom of expression.

“The DCI should arrest the entire bunch of musicians called Ethic, under Article 33, for going beyond the prescribed delimitations on freedom of expression by advocating for violence against women.” He stated

He also mentioned that he has reached out to Google demanding that the song should be pulled down.

The KFCB boss has been at war with gengetone artists blaming them for being vulgar and immoral.

His stand against the ethic crew comes months after he announced the ban of ‘wamlambez‘ hit song by sailors.

Mutua also highly condemned the two songs ‘Wamlambez‘ and Tarimbo stating that the creators are not artists.

“When we banned Wamlambez people said we were killing creativity. I asked these nincompoops if they could shout Wamlambez to their mothers and they said they could.”

Mutua has urged DJ’s to join him in the war against indecent songs by not promoting them in clubs.

“Unless decent people rise against the wave immorality in Kenya, we are going to lose a generation in the name of creative license. No freedom is absolute. This time round we must draw the line!” he wrote
