Granit Xhaka is the new Arsenal captain and has started in most games alongside the ever-improving Matteo Ggeidui as a double-pivot in midfield. The two may not be the best midfield combination Arsenal but Unai Emery always seems to pick them.

Ahead of the two, Spanish midfielder, Dani Ceballos gets the nod in the attacking midfielder’s role.

Pierre Aubameyang is an obvious pick in the striking role. The Gabonese forward has scored 7 goals in his last 7 Premier League starts. On the left flank, young academy graduate Bukayo Saka has impressed for Unai Emery’s side and got the assist during Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Nicholas Pepe has been disappointing so far for Arsenal but his qualities and raw talent should see him start on the right-wing for Arsenal.
