Ugandan socialite-turned-businesswoman Zari Hassan has distanced herself from a birthday message sent to Diamond Platnumz when he hit the 3rd floor.
The message which went viral showed that Zari had commented on the singer’s post with a rude birthday message.
However, the mother of five took to her Instagram story and revealed that she didn’t send that message and that she had no time to wish others since she was still partying her birth month away.
“That was some edited sh*t, the internet will do anything these days. I was still busy partying my birth month away, I had no time to with others. Sorry but not sorry,” she wrote.

The screenshots which made rounds on social media showed that Zari surprised her ex-boyfriend with a controversial birthday message.
“Happy birthday mwanaume suruali,” read the message Zari now claims was edited.
Zari and Diamond’s break up
The two haven’t really been on good terms since their Valentine’s Day breakup in 2018.
While other lovers were busy celebrating the day of love, Zari Hassan announced that they were separating.
Using a picture of a black rose, Mama Tiffah took to Instagram to announce that she had decided to end her relationship with the Tanzanian singer, following multiple cheating allegations with clear proof.
She, however, said that they would continue to co-parent.
“There have been multiple rumors some with evidence floating around in ALL SORTS of media in regards to Diamond’s constant cheating and sadly I have decided to end my relationship with Diamond, as my RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DIGNITY & WELL BEING cannot be compromised. We are separating as partners but not as parents,” wrote Zari.
The parenting part did not take off as planned because the two couldn’t see eye to eye since Diamond Platnumz was allegedly not supporting his children.
Anyway, it’s not yet clear whether the two still communicate since they have both moved on with their love lives, Diamond found love in Kenyan radio queen Tanasha Donna while Zari has King Bae.
