Wasafi singer Rayvanny has released his Chuchuma version weeks after  Willy Paul claimed he stole the song from him and tried to change it to look different.

However, hours after Vanny Boy’s Chuchuma hit YouTube, a section of netizens believe that he is the original owner of the song arguing that Rayvanny’s song has more content than Willy Paul’s.

In Bwana Mkunaji’s Chuchuma version, he dissed Rayvanny, claiming that he is the one who stole his song while in the Wasafi King’s version, he is only praising ladies who can whine their waist.

Chuchuma ownership mystery

Chuchuma ownership is still a mystery after three artists came forward to claim it.

Willy Paul, Ravyanny and Kelechi Africana a singer & producer based in Mombasa have all claimed to own the whole ‘Chuchuma’ idea.

It is alleged that Kelechi Africana started the ‘Chuchuma’ idea. He then had Willy Paul and Rayvanny listen to the tune, only for them to start ‘fighting’ for his song.

The big question is who stole the song, and from who? Can the one with the master copy stand up?
