Gor Mahia captain Kenneth Muguna says they will play all their hearts out on the pitch when they meet KCB in their Kenyan Premier League match to be played on Sunday.

K’Ogalo received a humiliating defeat away to USM Alger of Algeria in their recent Champions League match but Muguna says they will rise above that to thump their ‘rightful’ authority as champions of the local league.

“We are always ready to face any club in the Kenyan Premier League regardless of any situations or conditions we are in. Like now, I can confidently tell you that we will fight tooth and nail to beat KCB. I don’t think whether any of our players would want to be beaten by KCB. We will try our best to come out of the match with the maximum points,” he told Opera News.

The former Western Stima midfielder has also called upon K’Ogalo fans to rally behind them on that day so as to witness the anticipated victory-which will be their second this season. They had whacked Tusker FC 5-2 on the first day of the 2019/20 season in a match played at Moi Stadium, Kisumu.
