Slain Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen will finally be laid to rest on Monday at a Jewish cemetery in Nairobi, the family has confirmed.
The decision comes after an agreement between lawyers of the widow, Sarah Wairimu, and Cohen’s family.

There was drama at Chiromo Mortuary on Wednesday after Sarah blocked Cohen’s family from taking the body for burial. She claimed the body is hers and will not allow anyone else to bury it.
The widow was allowed by the high court to attend Cohen’s autopsy on Wednesday. Her lawyer Phillip Murgor had insisted that the procedure wouldn’t go on without her presence.
Even though the results from the autopsy have not been made public, a Dutch newspaper has revealed that Cohen’s skull was smashed by his killers.
The killers, whom DCI George Kinoti described as having committed a gruesome murder, also broke his hands and legs.
His widow is the main suspect in the macabre killing and she is currently locked up at Langata Women’s Prison.
The Dutch billionaire’s decomposing body was found last Friday afternoon — eight weeks after his disappearance —in an empty underground water tank at his posh Kitisuru villa. His body was wrapped in many layers of black plastic.
