“This kind of games will not work. The constitution allows us freedom of speech and movement”,Alice Wahome- Ndindi’s lawyer also chipped in addition to Nyoro’s statement.

The legislator has found himself in great fear of the authorities now hunting him after causing chaos and disrupting a church event where he abused his power as a leader and disrupted an ongoing function.

Businesses came into standstill at Gitui Catholic Church in Murang’ a county on Sunday, September 8 church when Mr. Nyoro clashed with nominated MP Maina Kamanda over who should have been in charge of a fundraiser.

With Kamanda insisting that he was the chief guest for the event since he is the leader of the region, Nyoro, however, insisted that he was the one mandated to invite guests at the function.

The two leaders clashed as their supporters joined in the tussle. The function was abruptly terminated after chaos persisted, forcing Kamanda and his team to leave.

It appears that the Kiharu MP is facing arrest over incitement. The police had camped along Maalim Juma outside the Citizen TV offices, where they lay in wait for the MP who was scheduled for an interview on Inooro TV, a Royal Media based station.
