In this modern world full of guilty pleasures, it’s so easy to live a life that isn’t healthy but it’s really fun to know there are those who still seek to live a healthy life. Whether you accept it or not, sleeping unclad encourages deeper and better sleep. Sleeping naked is also good for couples because skin-to-skin contact releases oxytocin in the brain which strengthens emotional bond.
It boosts the romantic life of your relationship. But Kenyan men and women seem not to buy the idea, could these be the reason why some of them are not romantic?
Sleeping naked comes with lots of surprising benefits, but you would find that the majority of the world’s population and most especially Kenyan men sleep with their clothes on. While some are unaware of the health benefits of sleeping unclad, others are so used to sleeping with their clothes and undies on, while many wouldn’t ditch their clothes probably because of insects that are found in their environment.
People who don’t sleep naked, what’s your problem?
