Frank Lampard finally got his first Premier League win as Chelsea boss in an entertaining 3-2 win over Norwich at Carrow Road.

Tammy Abraham put the Blues ahead in the 3rd minute following a good cross from the right by Ceaser Azpilicueta. The home side was however level 2 minutes later.

Teemu Pukki who helped himself to a Hatrick last weekend was again involved as it was his cross that was superbly turned in by Todd Cantwell for the equalizer. Chelsea would again go ahead in the 17th minute through academy graduate Mason Mount who curled a delightful shot past the Norwich goalkeeper to put Frank Lampard’s side 2-1 up.

The away side was playing a high line and was made to pay when the League’s top scorer Teemu Pukki broke their offside trap to slot home his 5th goal of the season and level the scores at 2-2.

The second half saw both teams play with a bit of caution but Chelsea was the dominant side. The Blues’ dominance paid off as Tammy Abraham put them 3-2 up in the 68th minute with a powerful shot from outside the box.

Chelsea had the ball in the net through Zouma but the referee disallowed it for a previous foul by Olivier Giroud on Tim Krul in the Norwich goal. Chelsea held on to pick their first 3 points of the season. Up next for the Blues is a home clash against Sheffield United on Saturday.
