The Director of Public Prosecutions ordered the arrest of Keroche breweries owners Tabitha Karanja and her husband Joseph Karanja for alleged tax evasion in their business since 2015.
The couple is expected to be charged in court over evading taxes amounting to sh.14.4 billion. This is not the first time KRA is involved in a war with Keroche over tax evasion.
Taking to social media, the only daughter to the embattled couple Anerlisa Muingai, asked for prayers from his fans during this trying times.

Anerlisa’s fans came defending Anerlisa’s family business saying that KRA is after extorting the business by demanding too much from it. Others encouraged her telling her that the turn of events was a mere passing cloud.
