It relaxes the valves that connect the stomach and oesophagus. Therefore, the body is unable to keep food where it belongs.
2. Soda
According to a study done soda is more acidic than anything found in nature. The acid damages the valves and therefore brings complications.
3. Coffee
Coffee contains additional stomach acid therefore it is not recommended to have coffee before going to bed.
