Eating right before bed is a recipe for gaining weight and sleeping poorly and can bring about different complications.

Below are foods that one should not partake in just before going to bed.

  1. Alcohol

It relaxes the valves that connect the stomach and oesophagus. Therefore, the body is unable to keep food where it belongs.

2. Soda

According to a study done soda is more acidic than anything found in nature. The acid damages the valves and therefore brings complications.

3. Coffee
